Dustin spent nearly 15 years in biotechnology, playing a key role in the launch of clinical and commercial manufacturing facilities across California, Georgia, and Washington. In 2024, he made the transition into personal financial planning, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact aligned with his strengths in mathematics and finance.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in financial planning and his Series 65 license in December 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and adventures with his wife and two children.
